The latest version of MagicISO ISO image creator is just 2.9 MB in size and it retails at 29 dollars. It will create CD/DVD images and floppy images. Image creation can also be done using Nero burning software.

I previously used nero's virtual drive tool available in Nero premium edition. But that had many limitations and bugs. So i turned to this software and i am happy about my choice.
